I don't put it ON the eggs. I use a piece of bread and grab some egg then dip that in ketchup.

I doubt anyone does it REGULARLY but the same COULD be said about drinking sugary coffee products every day in the AM, as well.

But I always turn down doughnuts when they bring them in to work, which is usually during breakfast. And I say, "This ain't breakfast, this is a dessert." Folks hit me with the, "Live a little" response. LOL.
