I purchased patties from two spots located right next door to each other. I already see a BIG difference before even taking a bite. One is super flaky.

Decided to try these "beef patties" u guys keep raving about.

See what the hype is about.

I always order my eggs over-easy if I'm at a diner/breakfast spot. Never tried making at home tho. What steps do I need to take?

Eggs always scrambled if im preparing.

No runny yolks under any circumstances.

I had a burger with an egg over medium/hard and i dont see what it adds to the burger.

If yolk can go with bacon and sausage, it can definitely go on beef .

Not what I meant, I can understand why someone would like it. I personally do not. But i wouldnt say its weird or anything.

And i dont like yolks unless scrambled but im still not throwing that on my burger.

Marinating some drumsticks that I will probably grill tonight or tomorrow.

Grace's Jerk Seasoning (Sauce)
Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
Powdered Gingers
Olive Oils

I need to try these. costco used to only have the frozen golden krust ones and they were so damn dry.

Unfortunate, the costco's around my way only carried this brand. Just looking at a pic of the golden krust patties...i could tell they werent as good. Good luck on trying find better patties.

No I meant how to literally cook them over easy  I've never done it  . Only scrambled, sunny side or an omelette.

You better practice your flipping. It only takes a few seconds when you flip the eggs over.

I am not a WET/RUNNING egg type of dude (when I eat them), but getting an egg fried HARD on a burger is cool. Adds another level of texture/taste.

Fry it hard, NO runny yolk
