I'm glad you had a good time.chicago was awesome. not my first time there, spent a few weeks for work there way back in the day. and then have been for a weekend to watch the bruins play the blackhawks. i really like that city. the humidity was tough but it's beautiful city with great places to eat.

Made bagels again, I used the Trader Joe’s everything bagel topping. Also made hero/hoagie/sub bread. It was over proofed and deflated but still taste pretty good. The image posted below was before I put it back in to get more color.
