Just like the other guy said, the pyramid rooms have that dumb slant to them. Tower queen is cool & has a flatscreen & a surround sound system.

i don't know why this always bothers me but there no "trick" to this...basically your giving someone a tip for good service...ask if there are any complimentary upgrades available and most of the time they will do what they can...all that put the bill in between your credit card and id stuff is ******ed...
just let it be known that your willing to tip for someone to go that extra mile for you and they will...ive gotten plenty of upgrades without even asking...when there's a vacancy they love to make people happy-
my best upgrade was when I stayed in a 2500 a night 2 bathroom suite next to Gwen Stefani at the Mohegan Sun casino for $49.99 plus taxi had to go back downstairs and give the chick a $20 after i saw the room

I'll be in Vegas memorial day weekend if any nters will be out there and want to meet up. I'm staying at Caesars.
I never tried the 20 trick, I always just ask for an upgrade and get it 95% of the time. Maybe it's cause I gamble so much lol

sorry- stayed in the pyramid....but in general hotels like that spend all the $ on the outside stuff to get you in...the rooms are basic and sometimes run down
in their defense tho i THINK they were under renovations at the time...i didn't care as it was a short stay and i wasn't planning on being in the room much
