And it is so lame that the weak east gets a bcs bid, not a single team in that conference worthy of one.
But I'm excited to See UCONN in a bowl game like that, granted they will more than likely get shredded by a team like Stanford, they best chance they would have in a game would be against Wisconsin, (a Upgraded version of CT,) or FSU or VT as their the weakest teams to get in besides Connecticut.
but you never know, with a month for Jordan Todman to get healthy and for Frazer to get some sort of improvement, they could hold a fight against FSU or Stanford.

Front 7 cant stop the run. Jacory Harris $*!%!*@ sucks. DB's playing press coverage keep getting beat off the LOS. RB depth is sick but Whipple can't stop calling passing plays. No in game adjustments. Can't win a game when it counts.
Same thing week in and week out. Shannon has had my support but the excuses have run out man. He needs to go.

Yup. Spence does his thing but that LB corp is too fragile, that boy McCarthy gets sucked into a block and is at the blocker's mercy. I've never seen so many big runs given up by this team during a season. If there were ever a sign of positivity during a game it would be dwarfed due to some disciplinary problem or a mental mistake. I don't see things getting better unless there's a major change.

maybe for now but Zac had three yrs as the starting QB, this is Weeden's first...he's put up very good numbers this year as well

their OLine is bad, the DLine has 2 really good players and the QB (Jacory) is TERRIBLE
You don't know what you're talking about. The OLine is not bad. Maybe the strongest unit on the team and way better than last year. We have given up way less sacks than last year and have been averaging 200+ rush yds the last 4 games. Jacory makes the OL look worse than it is. We're top 10 in sacks and #1 in tackles for loss so the DLine isn't the problem either.
you do realize we play in the ACC?
This isn't even the homer talking. Every Miami game i watch I have to sit through announcers talking about how Miami has more talent than any team in the ACC.
What team did we play on our schedule that has more talent than us on both sides? Only OSU and that's pretty debatable.

Son we're #1 in the country in pass defense and lead the country in INT's.... what more would you like our DB's to do?
When Whipple committed to the run while JAcory was out we were putting up 500 yards a game on offense. When the OL shows up to play it dominates.
The problem is the inconsistency that comes with having bad coaching. You bring in a good coaching staff that can get a team to play consistent and it's a completely different story.
The talent is there. Andybody who says differently doesn't know what they're talking about.
This isn't like '06 when people were delusional in thinking we had talent because of some high ranked recruiting classes but no real players.
