I think Stillin believes in legal action being taken as a form of punishment rather than reactions from the public I think she should have to pay a fine but I don't think jail time is necessary
 
Her lack of action led to further consequence outside of endangering her child

The lady doesn't need to be put in jail but a fine is justified IMO

It was her fault this entire situation happened so she should have to pay a fine if the zoo pursues it I even said she shouldnt get jail time and that likely won't even happen but she should be held accountable for her actions or lack thereof I don't get why you don't understand that. parenting seminars aren't a bad idea either but it would obviously teach her to keep better watch over her kids and that out for blood statement is a hard reach

I'm sure that when she took the kid to the zoo that this is exactly what she wanted to happen. She wanted her kid to fall into the pit. Accidents happen. I can't sit here and imagine that every parent watches their child every second of the day, it isn't possible, it isn't. Accidents happen.
 
I mean I think this outrage is nonsense. Boys will be boys. I remember taking my mothers car keys that she forgot to hide and taking her car for a joy ride with my cousins when I was a youngin. I could have harmed my cousins and others because of my mother's honest mistake. Ish happens sometimes.
