You can always go talk to the Asst. DA about your case before trail and lawyering up.
80% of the time, they’re going to offer you the same deal they offer your attorney.
Just cut out the middle man - saving time and money.
To me though, how much do you charge and that you're trying to do "everything" isnt a solicitation for sex
But also come on, in the middle of the day at work?
What?
you joking right?
....after you got paid."Everything" is not a sex act. If he had said oral or sex or something explicit then they should have rolled up on him.
If i was his lawyer thats what i would argue...
The entire story from beginning to post update is.......depressing. OP, your decision making abilities are awful. You need to live with your parents or something for a few years. You seem light years away from being able to make reasonable, smart decisions with the most basic things in life.
your thought process throughout the whole situation, is not the thought process of a fully functioning adult in society. Seek counseling and try not to make any decisions based on logic.
Unless he was only on the job for a week, you'd be wrong. Drivers make a comfortable salary but they work hard, especially during holiday season. A driver showed me his check around Christmas, first time I saw a 1 week check that was around 4k.just rereading this had me crying
homie probably didnt even make 1500 his whole stint at ups

Honestly I was feeling bad for OP up until his prejudgment of the dude with dreads.between the fact fam was clearly trying to buy some *** and judging someone for having dreads and tattoos as if they're a criminal sounds like op got what he had coming

takes years of seniority to become a driver. Its a union job. 100% he was working inside as a preload making 14-18 an hourUnless he was only on the job for a week, you'd be wrong. Also Please don't tell me he was only on the job for a week.
another tip, for all those drunks that be driving out there - always refuse both breathalyzer and field sobriety test - and keep your mouth shut - They’re going to threaten you about your license (which will be taken from you regardless- and you can get back when you get out on bail) 90% of the time - The case will be dismiss.
