2 years is a looooooong time.....good luck to the dude
i would have given him tons of hours of community service and a hefty fine...maybe double the cost of his vandalism which would be 14k...but then again, im no judge

Depends on what kind of drugs we are talking about because from what I know over the counter drugs kill more people.

8 years is crazy he should of got probation with community service with a paid lawyer ,With a legal aide on the hand the most he should of done was 8 months in county and 5 years probation.

All these people talking about he did the crime he should do the time are miserable people jail is not place for normal people especially is you weak this boy as crying which I know most of you would to 8 years means he would be going to 1 of the max jails for a harmless crime and do his time amongst killers,shooters and rapist thats just crazy
