not sure about that because i dont have 20 million cr.
but why would they unlock it at level 30 but require u to be level 40 to use it
that makes no sense.
I would check but im in the middle of 9 hour race.

at lvl 30, you unlock the challenge,prizes for beating the challenges:
all bronze-x1 with red bull livery (the one you drive in the time trials)
all silver- the first x1, plus a second in a random color
all gold- the fist two, and an all black carbon fiber x1
it is also revealed in the Gran Turismo dealership, unbuyable
these three are restricted, they top out at around 280 mph
at lvl 40, you can purchase the x1 fully tuned, it can go around 311 mph, for 20 million, in many diff colors"
like i said before im willing to share mine (when i get it tomorrow) with someone who knows how to do the harddrive trick

5 new races, with the most interesting one being the NASCAR racing 2 laps at the 'Ring Nordschleife! That'll be insane!
