not sure about that because i dont have 20 million cr.
but why would they unlock it at level 30 but require u to be level 40 to use it
that makes no sense.

all silver- the first x1, plus a second in a random color
all gold- the fist two, and an all black carbon fiber x1

these three are restricted, they top out at around 280 mph
at lvl 40, you can purchase the x1 fully tuned, it can go around 311 mph, for 20 million, in many diff colors"
