I'm watching the episode (the kingsroad) where jon snow leaves for the wall..


the subtle but sad thing is before ned leaves he tells snow that they will talk about snow's mother when they see each other again.. great show

Can't wait for season 2 on HBO. have nothing but high hopes for it...

Recently finished AFFC and gotta say it definitely did not live up to the first 3 novels but I understand thats it's a transitional book. I might have to try out the audio for book 5

I'm 200+ pages into AFFC and it's

 to me thus far.

It's not a bad book I just don't feel a connection to most of the characters like in the first 3 books because the majority of them are new.

Man I can't wait for the events of Storm of Swords to play out on the TV show.

So much stuff happened in that book.

more of the same in my opinion, but it picks up a lot in the third act. The epilogue is where it's at. A Storm of Swords was the best book so far

more of the same in my opinion, but it picks up a lot in the third act. The epilogue is where it's at. A Storm of Swords was the best book so far

I like the 5th book so far.  We get to learn more about the islands outside of the kingdom.  Dorne and the royal family are interesting.

I know the general consensus is that people hate the 4th and 5th book but I still enjoy them.  A Storm of Swords raised the level so high that people feel let down by anything else.
