I'd get the Plasma.

1080p on a 37'' is a joke.
Never EVER get 720p plasmas they are garbage, complete garbage. They are the cheapest and ****iest components manufactures make  and cut as many corners as possible tog get the pice down.

Hey new to this thread and I was actually going to get that Tv for my media room but last minute I opted out and found a hd 3d ready projector with 100 inch screen for the same price I jumped on it. It all depends on what your going for my room is a media room so im thinking movie theater with epic surround sound. That leads to my first question has anyone had any experience with in wall subs im thinking of doing my surround sound all in wall

What would be a good way to hide my wires coming from my blu-ray player, cable box and xbox to the tv?

Something besides hiding it in the wall, its an apartment... Dont feel like doing too much

There are these sleeves/strips at Lowes Homedepot etc that you put the wires in and thay have adhesive on the back so they stick to your wall in a straight line making it look neater . They can also be painted

What are some great movies to display on a 55' LCD? So far I've got my favs such as The Matrix Trilogy, The Pirates Trilogy, Blood Diamond, Saving Private Ryan, Spiderman Trilogy, Ghost In The Shell, Transformers 1&2, and the Watchmen. I'll all ear for any recommendations. I'm tired of watching movies on a 13inch screen. I want to be blown away. pause.
