How To Get On Those Weightloss Commercials?

Hey NT, I have a question.

Over the pass couple years I've been working really hard to get my weight under control and have had great results. Winter of '09-'10 I weighed 280. Now I'm at a solid 210 (and still working, beleedat.)

Anyways, I always see those weight loss commercials and I know that they can't be using that weight loss stuff. Anyone have a plug as to how people get on those commercials?
