It's not about the shoes

Well when Soulja boy is popular in this time of hip hop you know the ignorance that is following his stupid songs and every other hip hop song at the moment, Nas said hip hop is dead and he's is right but its only dead for people who actually like good music and good lyrics, hip hop in fact is greatly alive because of the ignorance of this countrys youth(not all of them of course) and our "no child left behind" garbage that is going on in our school system to push through people who cant even pass a 2nd grade spelling test. So for this reason you give stupid artists shoes and the stupid "sheep" that is todays youth will follow and also try to make money off of us the true sneakerheads and the worst part is that too many heads are buying into it which is making matters so much worse. If we refuse to buy from these idiots then we cut them off at the head but too many of you are blood thirsty for a shoe you havent had in many years and even at crazy prices and crap quality you are still buying from these children. So in fact the problem is US

Hypebeasts are squarely to blame. Work and or school are less important than camping out for shoes apparently.

Well that's the point isn't it? It's a "fad" just like soulja boy. How many of today's "artists" are going to be producing good or even relevant music two years from now? It's the same with these kids buying up all the retros, they might make a little bit of money but then they will quickly loose interest when they realize it actually requires some amount of work. Problem is they will do it just long enough to inspire the kids that are following them and then the cycle will continue...

This is what I have been telling people.

Don't judge their marketing team decisions to QS/HS/T0 shoes. If you truly think your idiotic thoughts that all shoes should be GR with more than enough to go around you are an idiot.

Their marketing and sales team obviously know what they are doing

(Not intended to be disrespectful to OP, just saying some of you have issues if you think you know more than nike's marketing team)

and paying the $5,000 a game fee for the Jordan 1s being banned.

84ish games a year comes out to be $420,000 a year. PLEASE, companies a tenth of the size of nike would love for just as effective marketing costing that little
