Bought em off a friend for $200. They'd been worn 10-15 times but I inspected them and the only imperfections were a small crease on the toe box and the Nike logo on the inside had started to rub off. But I figured for $200 those weren't big gripes.

this is my same reasoning to pay pre-order prices. I did an hourly breakdown of standing in line (hourly earned income + shoes at retail) and more times than not, pre-ordering seems like the cost-effective way to go.Too old to be doing that

There are factors that arent even figured into this calculation:gas, stress, waiting, lack of productivity come to mind
