I don't think so. Wasn't showing in half the peoples apps as available to purchase. Felt like it was another one of those exclusive access things.

I was able to place an order for a 12c! (My son is a 12c) time to return the 13c when the 12c comes.... I opted for 2 day shipping as well... it has to make it here by X mas!!!!
