Jordan 8 Doernbecher on the way...

That's what the problem is, shoes became a meal ticket, people selling kids shoes 100 - 200 over retail. There's no equality buying shoes? This is dumb also, shoes aren't a necessity, they don't extend your life. If your life circles around buying and selling shoes to make a living, kill yourself.

Your whole argument is flawed.

#1, there are some "computer savvy kids" out there make more money then most sneaker shops and thats a fact.

#2 "If your life circles around buying and selling shoes to make a living, kill yourself", I know some people that could pay you to be their secretary with the money they are making off of sneakers. So for your stupid comment I will stick up for them as they don't post on NT. Think before you insult other people, you might be insulting people doing MUCH better in life then you are.
Nothing is flawed about my comment, and my comment never mentioned how much a person made so 1 yourself. My comment was solely off morals and not how much a person can net, people selling kids shoes for ridiculous prices and hacking websites so the normal consumer can't buy a shoe at retail is just as lame as your comment.

not throwing shots or anything at you but I'm like 90% certain that the NTer who cart ooped you used a bot or back doored. I schleep tho

Of course he did why do you think he asked for his NDC account. People complain about bots but then praise people who get them an ATC.

Nike cant stop bots and they wouldn't want to. Bots help nike insta-sellout on every jordan release in a minute. Then they restock, sell out in a minute, its better than printing money.

You think they want sneakers hanging out on their site? I am sure they very much prefer the "sorry this item is sold out"
Probably one of the dumbest comments I've read, high demand makes shoes sell out, not bots. If bots never existed everyone would have a fair chance but the popular shoes would still sell out regardless, there's zero positives with regards to bot besides depriving everyone else and reselling.

"let he who is without son cast the first stone"

everyone wants shadiness and advantages gone.....until they benefit from said advantages, both directly and indirectly. there are no morals or equality in buying shoes, paper is the only thing that talks.

Okay so eliminate all bots atcs etc.

That's going to stop resellers?
For 1, more people who just want the shoes to wear would actually have a chance instead of some computer savvy idiot. I don't care about resellers to be honest, do you, but these same resellers are grabbing pairs after pairs via bots. Basically if it was up to resellers they would grab any shoe available and resell them, leaving your only option to buy a pair of shoes for well over retail.

ur just salty basically... all that has & will continue to happen apparently just like your saltiness
Salty? No. I have over 300 shoes and I've been doing this a while. You don't have to be salty to know when something is wrong, but I guess someone who doesn't conform to your actions is a hater.

And lets not forget, campouts are getting horrible press for nike, they much rather sell out online. And you have shady employees..

You mean to tell me a manager of a store making $600wk, wont accept $50-100 per shoe held for someone? You going to stop that too? Below was not using a bot, how are you going to break out the brigade to stop these people too?

These guys are probaly the ones who had all the wristbands and in an out access to the store during the launch lol. This release had more ******* than any I can remember but as long as I got my pairs at the end off the day I can't complain [emoji]128527[/emoji]

AND WHAT'S WITH NIKE.COM NOT HAVING A REWARDS POINTS SYSTEM FOR PEOPLE????????

I JUST LOOKED AT MY ORDERS ON THERE...  IF IT WAS FINISHLINE I WOULD HAVE HAD $100.00 IN WINNER CIRCLE REWARDS.... $300 BRINGS YOU $20 RIGHT?

like playing Craps at Vegas... lol

If you are standing on your soapbox why not turn around and yell at nike? So reselling a DB8 for $500 is bad in your book by a reseller, but Nike selling it for $180 is ok? How about $200 for legen blues? How about $130 for kids sizes? Lebrons for $250? $150 for kids? Thats all ok though right? Every reply you put up makes you sound more and more salty, and then you say "I am not salty...." The sneaker game been a joke way before resellers, nike is the originally reseller... go yell at them and stop replying to me.

The Jordan Slam Dunks had a lot of shady business going on as well. But yea you are right..

Also Rif posted something about not being mad at them for the fact that RETAIL STORES... yes RETAIL STORES are the new resellers. They tell people in line they are sold out, wait a week or 2 and resell the sneakers to high end boutiques. RiF got like 40 pair of Slam dunks from 1 retailer.

So Nike sells shoes for 100+ so that makes it ok for you to add another 100 or so to it? Dumbest comment to date. Through all your bickering you still haven't justified a bot but bicker about resellers.

Paying that for LBs, other than WTLBs, is a you problem.  They almost all get a considerable markdown after a week or two.

I could care less what NDC charges.  They want to charge resell they can.....it is their company, their product, their R&D, etc.  They can run their company however they like.  I am paying it and so are you so I don't see what the ***** is there. I like their shoes and I don't mind paying for ones I like.  Don't like it, don't like resell, don't ******* pay it and quit being a ***** about it.

This convo is redundant, it's like explaining to a crack dealer why what he's doing is morally wrong.

It's smart business for them. Why deal with the hassle of idiots on release day to let someone else make the big cut.

But Nike might have something to say about that.

Did anyone win legitimately through NTSF? With no hookup?

That was undefeated if Twitter was correct on the Slam Dunk resell.  If Nike had a pair they would pull their account.....but they don't.  Made me make sure not to buy anything from that retailer.  That is how I respond to activity like that.

wow thats shady af bruh. props to rif for making it known tho

lol so with your statement, what makes you or I more deserving of a pair than anyone else going for them? If I can make my pair free and pay for my nights out while school, you're damn right I'm going to take advantage of it. I'd be stupid not too. am I relying on shoes to put meals on my table? of course not. I only do this ever so often and if it's worth my time. but since you have everything figured out, you tell me where I as a 19 year old full time student, can make 2k on a Sunday sitting behind a computer outside of selling drugs lmao. or instead of adapting I could be pissed off about striking out cuz I let pride take over my ability to adapt with the game.
Game? Sneakers and fashion isn't a game it's culture and that's the answer I'd expect from a 19 year old.
if culture means being salty and going on tirades every time I strike out on an internet forum, I want to be the most uncultured kid on the planet.

I don't have a problem with Nike, its a business, just like a reseller that is jumping through hoops, sitting on lines, buying peoples raffle tickets is also a business man at that point. My point was for him to blame Nike just as much as resellers if he is complaining about prices. I don't care about prices, if I want something and its the right price I buy, if It's to high I pass on it. I don't go on forums and throw dirt at other people. My friend paid over $400 for his Space Jams, if that deal came my way I would have laughed. He was happy with it, everyone has their own limits. I am fine with the sneaker game, I am happy when I can cop, but I don't get upset when I don't cop either. You can keep saying my posts are the "dumbest ever" but fact is, everyone sees your saltiness. I missed out on several sneakers that I wanted, I didn't take it out on the bots or resellers. It is what it is.

It wasn't smart business at all, it was shady business. The store had people lined up outside. I believe the story said something the first person in line was even told they didn't have his size or close to it. Storefront's are much more of an issue then kids on a computer.

I mentioned a while ago someone in my area is a well known hypebeast, he doesn't use bots, instead he got managers everywhere in his pocket. You see is IG page and any hot release he has 12-20 pairs on release date from retail stores running raffles.

That to me is way worse then a kid behind a computer, you have people camping outside in the cold over night, literally putting their life in danger, and yet the store already backdoor'd that person's shoe, he had 0 shot.

Ok I'm salty, my opinion makes me salty because someone doesn't believe it is right for someone to pay retail for a pair of shoes or purchase without paying someone money to help them get a shoe. That makes sense.

How many people in here bought a shirt or hat with there DB purchase?

(slowly changing the subject of thread)

The problem with your thought process is even before bots there was someone that still struck out and the only way for them to purchase a shoe was through a reseller.  When supply will never meet demand someone will always be unhappy.  There is no way for everybody to get their pair and thinking there is a solution to that is just irrational.

I repped' for that reply.  That is how I roll.  I am not necessarily a fan of resell but if I want to guarantee a legit pair and sleep in (because I have a job/life that doesn't always allow me to be around a computer) I will compensate for that.

If you expect to cop everything retail you are 1000000% guaranteed to be disappointed!
