**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

Im ok with letting zo bounce I liked him but he’s looking like a rondo 2.0 if somehow we keep kuz and bi I’d forgive lebron Jeanie and Linda

If that's the case no way in hell do you include BI and Zo. Knicks offer is trash.

Pelicans just trying to sell high, once they realize no suitors will come knocking, they'll settle for something weaker.
That's what I think as well. Should've played ball at the deadline. I think we will come out great in the trade, keeping 1 or 2 of the youngins.

They're basically asking for 3 all stars plus an additional 1st rounder. They can EAD. Glad AD reiterated that he only wants to play for the Lakers. No reason to give up too much

I can see Griffin telling us and the Knicks to engage other teams and put together a package that nets them their ask of 1)an all star 2) a young stud and 3) 2 first round picks

That means we’d have to find other teams to take Zo/Bi/Kuz/Hart

Also Larry Coohn said the Lakers can’t deal with the Pels straight up until after the draft because we don’t have enough salary to send out

or Pelika can play hardball and tell Griffin to kick rocks. Sign a max this off-season. Trade off the young core by deadline and sign Davis next off-season?

Is that a possibility?

They can want whatever but they have zero leverage. Griffin is posturing with these demands as if he's in the driver's seat
