1. We have a defensive head coach with a roster that does not match at all.
2. Health.

Russ is just not a winning player. I been saying it for a damn near decade he's a trainwreck. His IQ is low. He don't know when to go all out and when to chill. His jumper done got worse as he got older, which is rare. We stuck with him for this year so just gotta hope for the best and pray dude will realize if he don't get it done here he ain't never winning **** and no team that wants to win will sign him.
