He's on a great contract. AR getting paid 13 million, DLo 18.7mil, Rui 17 mil, gabe vincent 11 mil for comparisons. When your salary is capped, AR's one of the best bang-for-your-buck players. Unfortunately, Lakers still got some overpays that cancel out the good value contractThe story around Austin is weird. When he first made this jump it was a great surprise, Lakers got a big steal but now that he's not a superstar people take him for granted.
Makes no sense. No. He's never gonna be a superstar, might not ever make a allstar team but to get 18, 6 and 5 outta your undrafted player (who recently took a paycut) is GREAT.
We liked Malik. Felt like we all knew he was leaving.Patrick Beverley didn’t do anything for us, and D Lo is a bed wetter.
Did we trash guys like Lonnie and Malik? I really don’t remember
