**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

Wonder if ska is a fan of Magic. I mean Ervin definitely tried his best to stay out of the spotlight.

You're making me appreciate gambino and SHWAP for trying to understand better, though, so keep on. :)
I'm learning it's just how you are. I disagree cause I don't like when people feel entitled to how someone expresses themselves when it isn't violent or detrimental or hurtful to another person
Thing is, I'm the same way.

But if that's just how I am and it's not detrimental or hurtful to another person, isn't your disagreement an entitlement to how someone expresses themselves when it isn't violent or detrimental?
I don't believe so, someone could tell me I'm wrong though. I don't think you're a clown or a fool (I do have no idea about your right/wrong is always in morality stance tho lol). Lavar is a public figure and since he is he has opened his self up for critique. I watched the clip and if someone said "That's corny" "That's not funny" "That's wack" I wouldn't have anything to say to it. He came on an entertainment show and you, a person who watched his segment, was not entertained and are allowed to speak you're displeasure. But when you say "That's clown *** foolishness" it makes me wonder what caused such a visceral action. I don't think you're a bad person it just confuses me and I would like to understand.

Separating this statement so you know I'm not talking about you. And when people compare it to Tyler Perry stereotypes some people might say we're ASSUMING they have a problem with a black people and being too sensitive. When Miz was in the same ring being a pompous jerk (I mean that's what wrestlers do) but he's not being a stereotype. It's hard being black and seeing how one character gets talked about when the other character doesn't get the same vitriol. You don't like wrestlers at all Ska, so this isn't for you.

Don't know if I want to get it. Quite frankly you don't seem like a pleasant person to be around given your world view on certain stuff over the years.

Just wondering how a person who gets irked so easily by attention seekers can like Magic is all. I don't want to delve any deeper into your psyche to be honest.

The major flaw I see there is taking the words of one person (obviously me) and mixing them with the words of people who aren't that person (since I never said anything about Tyler Perry but apparently the feelings of the Tyler Perry conversation were carried over to em what I said).

And also I found funny I never even mentioned anything about black at all. It wasn't just Lavar in that video. Melo and So were there as well I could have just as easily been talking about the younger generation cause they (we) get hated on too. Looks like you made an assumption yourself.

So it's either stubbornness or ignorance. :lol

Easiest path to happiness: ignorance.

It's true bliss.

Trying to clear things up with people and reach a better understanding, it's frustrating and difficult. Call me miserable in your ignorant happiness. I'm good with that.

That's the reason I separated the two. And you were the first one to bring up him being black but that seemed to be from some deep rooted beef you and Mamba have about coded language. I was hoping our convo would distance from that but it took two replies before we could. And the first paragraph was clearly for you. The 2nd was for NobleKane. You could read it and give your thoughts if you like or sidestep and let that person combat them.

Exactly I didn't say anything about it.

NK was the one talking about that Tyler Perry foolishness.

^ :lol Was waiting for someone to post that or the Homer/bushes gif or something similar.
