You really funny had pants had pants

in the nba thread you post memes about silver having the refs on payroll to help Lebron.

your memes suck anyways

on a side note I don’t like AD replying to that Instagram post. He played like hot garbage for 3 quarters. ***** *** *****

Pardon my ignorance, but has Schroeder been this bad for the last few weeks? Haven’t been watching
He’s been away bc he’s an anti-vaxxer. This was his 3rd game back.

even before all this this is how he’s been. He sees himself as a lowry style 2-4th option on offense for a title team but realistically he’s at best a 6th man playing 24 mins just for offense

Not sure why people are harping on the Draymond straight up thing. Did he go straight up? No. Did he foul Lebron? Yes, and there was a foul awarded. Was it a flagrant? Also no.

I’ll give Shroeder a pass, he did get some good drives to the rack at the end even though he played horrible defense at the end.

We keep forgetting that a team only wins a title when their superstars play like superstars

we can nitpick all we want about kcp and Kuzma but unless AD and Lebron are playing ELITE we ain’t going nowhere. Of course kcp and others are important but they can amazing and it won’t matter if AD/Lebron are 2-19

Hope a few of you cry babies happy lol

Worst thread on the internet hands down

most of y’all better off NOT posting during the game.

Shot to the face when ball is no where near Draymond hand. In mid air. Resulting in fall.

ya it’s a flagrant

Yawn

We been cheering for the lakers since you were learning how to walk son

Last year we set the standard for what this team's championship level play supposed to look like.

Although this year's team is different, a lot of the same cats still on the squad.

So if we playing like **** in the first half and we losing by double digits against an inferior Warriors team that has ZERO INTERIOR DEFENSE and we keep chucking up jump shot after jump shot instead of pounding the ball inside, these Lakers gonna get called out by Lakers fans who know what taking care of business against an inferior opponent is all about.

Fact is, we played soft for 3 and a half quarters last night in an important game. Yes, we flipped the switch and escaped with a win.

But we play like this against LAC, BKN, PHILLY, and any other legit contender in the playoffs, we will certainly be up for disappointment.

This squad needs to figure this out fast, cause one thing is for sure: The King ain't nowhere near 100%.

The road to Back 2 Back gonna be a lot harder just like '88 when our Lakers needed 7 games for three series in a row to capture the chip, arguably the most difficult Lakers title journey in the franchise's history.

Dennis Schroder

There may be no free agent whose summer is more dependent on the outcome of this postseason than Dennis Schroder.

Back in March, ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported Schroder had declined a four-year, $84 million extension offer from the Los Angeles Lakers earlier this season (h/t Dan Feldman of Pro Basketball Talk). The two sides' inability to strike a deal played a factor in the Lakers' pursuit of Lowry at the trade deadline, sources said.

Multiple league executives who have overlapped with Schroder told B/R they believe the ball-handler is looking to be paid like a top-tier point guard, and his role in Los Angeles may not satisfy his interest in being the leading playmaker for a marquee franchise.

"He sees himself as a big-market player, and obviously he wants to start," said the veteran personnel man.

New York could present that opportunity for Schroder, and the Knicks are indeed considering a run at him in free agency, sources said. They appear likely to re-sign Derrick Rose as head coach Tom Thibodeau's reliable reserve floor general, but perhaps Schroder can be the answer for their' hole in their opening lineup on a deal worth north of $90 million.

League executives also mentioned Bruce Brown, Alex Caruso, Talen Horton-Tucker and Nerlens Noel as players who could be in for significant raises averaging above $12 million per season.

THT can't get more than the full MLE (~$9M) to start on his next contract. Caruso, I think he might be able to get the full MLE, but probably more like a $7M player to me. But there are a lot of teams flushed with cap room this summer. Schroder, who knows.
