Funny, I interpreted PHARAOH as referring to America's constitutional design. That is, Federalism and the Separation of Powers.

It doesn't make sense to discuss a President's achievements while he's in office. History judges President's. Based on the laws they pass that stay on the books, the long term affects of the actions they take, and of course after all the books are written about what it was like in their White House during key moments and overall. There is simply not enough information out there to judge him. This thread is pointless.

My Theory:
Obama is under a microscope constantly because he is well the first "black" president. So he was already at a disadvantage the second he was sworn in. Obama inherited America is arguably the worst state it has ever been in. It has been said and proven that current state president's impact is actually the result of the previous president. Hence why Obama has so much to clean up, and why Bush sat so pretty because Clinton did the hard work for him his second term.
America wasnt ready for a "black" president(I am black by the way), I know this for a fact. I have friends that I went to college with that were some of the greatest people I thought I knew, and the second Obama won they are using the N word in facebook post. Obama is a good person, and for his sake I hope America sees that once someone else is in office. This is just my opinion though
