When I wake up in the morning and I dont have to go anywhere so I relax in my bed until I either gotta get up to eat or go to the bathroom (or both).

When I wake up and I got a million things to do but I have an extra 10 min to myself to just relax (I call it the best 10 min of the day). I set my alarm 10 min early just to hit the snooze so I can get the best 10 min of the day.

Sleeping after days and days of getting very little sleep.

- When my puppy greets me excitedly in the morning, wagging her tail back and forth and pawing away at my thighs.... while licking my face to wake me up.
- Getting a good 8 hours of sleep and waking up refreshed and full of energy...
- Taking my puppy to the dog park and watching her swim and fetch with the other dogs in the water.
- Un-DSing that fresh, clean pair of shoes you've been waiting to break out for the summer
- When you exchange eye contact or smile at an attractive girl and she responds back with a smile or look.
- Knowing that my family is in good health.

-Working out and seeing your muscles pop
-Shooting hoops by yourself late at night and you make every shot
-When you're driving and people let you go first

-Waking up in the morning and the sun's up
-Seeing hard working people still being friendly and nice despite long work days
-Going to the gym/fitness club and it's almost completely empty
-Taking the bus/subway late at night and you get to see everything pass by you
-Laughing

People smiling at me probably is the best one though. Everyone just poker faces everyone else these days so a smile is definitely appreciated

I always wonder why people in England and Seattle complain about it. I LOVE THE RAIN. There's nothing like waking up,
