Meme kinda accurate though. Bron definitely TRIES to recrute all the big names in the NBA (Kawhi & KD come to mind) but we all know he’ll only end up with the other looney tunes characters on his team.

Bron TRIES but in reality who did he actually get, he got 1 all star. A lot of teams in the league have 2 or 3 all stars, he was able to win on the lakers with 1. The meme is implying he currently has 4 all star teammates on his team. When dude got injured it was painfully obvious that wasn't the case.

i woulda been annoyed as hell if I went to the theaters to watch it.. but at home and not having to pay extra, I was mildly entertained

Kong vs. Godzilla is truly awful. It's like they had three different writers rooms that each threw a few ideas into a collective hat, then the director pulled a few at random and said "welp, this is what we chose so we're doing it. Coherence and sense be damned."

I thought it was aight. I'm not too hard to please.. I went into the movie expecting cool monster fights and fan service, that's what I got. If you're expecting some deep meaning and thought-provoking story, then you came to the wrong place.

I been noticing every movie that would've released in theaters but premiered on HBO max instead has been average at best except for Judas and the Black Messiah.

Hope Mortal Kombat turns it around even though the trend for video game movies is not good.

I been said it. All of the movies except Judas and Black Messiah were straight trash.

I take that back. Snyder Cut was good for what it was. But WW84, Godzilla vs Kong, and Little Things were all terrible.

How much money would they have made in the theaters? I dunno. How much buzz they make off of putting it on HBO Max? I dunno. I’d say these exclusive movies are what’s keeping them afloat right now. Plus the huge HBO collection.

Disney hasn’t hit full stride yet. + is supposed to be supplemental income with the billions they’d make in theaters. COVID ruining that.

Besides Tenet, none of these would be true hits. And based on what I see on the horizon, nothing changing.

Well WB is the only studio doing the movies suppose to be in theaters are also streaming all year. It's their gimmick to get ppl to subscribe to HBO Max.

Max actually has other shows and movies made for the streaming the service that are good and compete well with Amazon and Netflix. Not to mention all of the other shows they extend with more seasons or movies they get the rights to.

Didn’t think it’s as awful as people are making it out to be. Was entertaining and yes the story was scattered but I wasn’t expecting a deep story. But how can you complain about huge monsters going at each other. Fights were

I can’t believe Kong got washed TWICE. I was gonna give him a pass after the first washing because he was drugged up, got a late start, and it was an away game, but absolutely no excuses for that second washing. He even had his ancestral weapon.
