Yahoo's Tim Brown says it's a done deal, with the Twins sending Tyler Ladenorf to Oakland for Cabrera.
Great deal for us....

Ladenorf is a 2nd round pick from last year. Sick numbers in Junior College but has yet to hit much with a wood bat.
