Had 4 bottles of water, 3 beers, and 5 shots of tequila on Saturday. Still kinda hungover

I need to learn the ways of not drinking at all. I’m in decent shape for 31 and hit the gym 3-4 days a week but I still drink 3-4 nights a week too. Can only imagine if I ate better and stopped drinking what I could be.

The other day I drank a beer just because I was thirsty. Just because I had a taste for it. One beer. Cut up a lime and everything to really set it off. It was a modelo
