Crab fishing has got to be up there. I remember watching something on the Discovery Channel about this.

Coal mining is one that comes to mind. Along with, Pilots and Loggers.

Its is VERY easy to get thrown off deck, and the chances of you getting back on the boat are slim to none. Plus the waves, and currents are wild.
