Jason is overrated now because he is still shoot to save his life.

His over glorified defense ain't what used to be.

He turns the ball over ALOT.

Dude shoots

These are the reasons why he is overrated now.




All time he is one of the greats but he ain't top 3.

here are my contributions (Sorry, NYK fans....)

He averages the most misleading double-double in the NBA....his 20/10 from a few years back was a joke...

Ernie Grunfeld KNEW jared jeffries wasn't worth the full MLE....30 million later, he is averaging 2.7 points and 2.9 rebounds per game....people like his"versatility," but he is a fraudulent defensive player. Reason being, people got hyped off of him D'ing up Lebron in the playoffs 2 years ago. Congrats at being 6'11" and being able to keep up with players who are shorter and can go on the perimeter. I guess if you are 6'11" and canrun, you too will get a hefty contract from Zeke. I liken his defensive prowess standing out on the Wizards to a decent looking chick who hangs with a bunchof ugly girls....that decent looking chick will start to look like Heidi Klum after a while....what a bum

Q....this dude keeps getting fatter, and fatter, and fatter, and fatter, and fatter, and fatter, and fatter, and fatter, and fatter....won't be soon beforelong that he has balooned up to 270...and for some reason, David Lee can't take his minutes...the WORST 3pt "specialist" I have seen in theleague

WHOAAA now!!! i'm not even gonna try to go in on this because i know someone else will do it, but Kidd is averaging 10PPG -11APG - 8RPG. dude is basicallystill a triple-double machine. until he completely falls off, he is a top 3 PG undebatable

the only other guys even in Kidd's atmosphere are Chris Paul and Steve Nash. so even if you don't think Kidd is the best PG right now, you cannotexclude him from your top 3.

1.He shoots .367 from field I, no offensive player can shoot that poorly on a consistent basis and have the ball as much as he does and eventually not be adetriment to his team. No great point guard over decent point has EVER shot that bad from the field and been considered "one of the best at theirposition"
2.He turns the ball over a lot.

3.There are three other players in the NBA that play point guard that play it better than him

Can't wait to hear how Kidd changed the team in Dallas because that is who Rod Thorn has been talking with the most about a trade so if it happens, let seewhat you feel then. All I have to say is Magic, Oscar, and Kidd. when you look at those stats those are the top three points. Kidd has already surpassed histriple double mark from last year. Overrated? He was never able to shoot the ball. Just the past through years has he been able to shoot the three at arespectable percentage. Please, that would be like me coming back and saying that Dirk is overrated. Kidd is a Hall of Famer and if they re-did the top 50players, he would be in consideration. (notice I didn't say he would be on the list)

what kinda bull is that? Jared Jeffries, I agree on. Q? WOOOOW Nobody overrates him, and heisn't fat to begin with. He's been bulky like that for the longest. Obviously his game has been diminished since his LA Clippers days and multipleinjuries but NOBODY is saying anything about him. You're reaching for the most part except for Jared, he's abum.
