It takes time, time that studios don't have when working on sports games because of the cycle. 2K has always had the same graphics throughout the 2K basketball series (I've owned every NBA 2K game). EA, a much bigger studio with money to burn, focused on graphics first during the transition to next-gen rather than gameplay and got criticized for it. Games cost $60 so that some profit can be seen, even if its $100. Making games isn't cheap at all. Like I said here and Operation Sports, you guys @$!%% and moan about everything. Hard earned money? and i don't understand why people keep saying we are expecting too much and this and that....what is up with all these apologetic views for a gaming company? the point for them is to MAKE THE GAME BETTER...people are paying 60 bucks for this game...hard earned money, why shouldn't they expect a different game and substantial improvements?
making excuses for a gaming company that treats their consumers like dirt... (look at numerous instances from 2k9)...and we should not have a right to expect more and improvements?
this is one of the reason im jumping to live and will probabaly play that a little more than this....just so i can have a new gaming experience this year....rather than the feel of playing 2k9 again..

Ok, I put the ESPN song in for the tip-off but it doesn't start until the the 2K's tune goes off.
I suggest you get a few CD-RW's if you plan on using this feature.

No they're not equal. Only a fool would have to believe that. All I'm sayin' is that based off their performance from last season, MVP candidates and all, they were on another level than their peers. Giving them a 99 rating for once would do them justice. Everyone's ratings suck though.

I can think of lots i could of done wit 65 dollars than spent on a half assed game. Not about pockets hurting, it's about getting a good product. McDonald's 1$ cheeseburger won't break your pockets, but will you go buy it if they are serving old, stale burgers? no

game looks good to me. im not looking for too much to change like most people, 2k9 was great IMO but all i really care about is updated rosters and thats it. 2k10 will be great in my book as long as the controls arent too different and harder from 2k9.
it was on pro difficulty...Originally Posted by ExtRaOrDinaRy SwAg
WOW I think I'm gonna go all out with the custom music stuff now. That's probably one of the best features they put in 2K10.
As for those association videos, the presentation was great. Gameplay seemed a little unrealistic, not one foul call? Barely any missed shots? But it was good that the AI kept going to Melo cuz he was on fire.

I don't think the ratings are off either considering they changed to a (25 - 99) system. I am just saying for those who are complaining aboutplayer ratings being jacked I am sure someone ill try to adjust to what they think certain players should be ala Kevin DurantOriginally Posted by raptors29

How the hell are dudes supposed to upload "actual" ratings? Gonna do more damage changing people's ratings. There's no much wrong with the ratings.
