And I actually don't disagree, he does affect the game in ways other quote unquote superstars can't be bothered to do. But that doesn't mean he's still not having a bad game and could/should be doing more.

And I actually like Steph I just feel yall go overboard with the praise at times

Steph fans frustrate me a lot in this regard. People who cape for him have a hard time understanding that it is possible that a s****y individual game can happen at the same time that he is making everyone else's job easier. What drives me nuts is that the over the top Steph homers will say that his gravity in a game more than makes up for a bad shooting night/tons of turnovers/bad all around game. I will never agree with that.

I think this is an assumption though, not a fact. I think there is a huge difference between Steph not attempting a shot in the 4th (which ends up in a win), and Bron being guarded by Curry in crunch time and him giving the ball to a teammate (and ending up losing).

Bron not taking a shot in the 4th would not result in a win, so your "even if" comment can basically be dismissed. Your comparison is disingenuous, IMO.
