I have a feeling it'll be random, but they are giving strong hints right now it could be either tomorrow (midnight) or Wednesday (also possibly at midnight).

You don't just release a YouTube video on your Japanese YT account about the product, then wait 2 weeks later after you upload the video to release preorders.

They're coming.....pretty soon
