Since Walmart cancelled theirs originally AND it was followed-up by a Nintendo official announcement, I can 100% bet it will be all at the same time.
Nintendo ******* planned it to be that way, and I have no doubt in my mind Nintendo was the mastermind behind the Walmart pre-order cancellations in the first place..........so they definitely want all the retailers to do preorders AT THE SAME ******* TIME.
