Doesn't appear like it, but nothing has been said to Kevin Williams about it. The Vikings have signed two DT's this March, if that means anything. I'm pretty sure he's free to go elsewhere, but if no one wants him he may be back, just with a very miniscule contract.
I'm actually surprised I haven't heard of any teams showing interest.

While I'd love to have Jared Allen in Oakland (apparently he grew up a Raiders fan), I think he should go to Seattle. Get himself a championship.

Obviously Raiders could use his services but they are more than a Jared Allen a way from a championship.
