Don't worry the skins bout to throw that NFCE on our back. Bring the glory days back to this division.

Bless your heart.

Love the DeSean signing, we needed a deep threat and Aldrick Robinson is not it.

Overall a solid offseason for the Skins if they don't screw up the draft...

The glory days? You had one lucky run and lost the only game in the playoffs. I don't think glory days and Redskns go in the same sentence. 6-10 year coming up for you guys. 7-9 if you're lucky.

Let me guess two inches to the right and that's a touchdown, right? Right?

You're getting a little too ahead of yourself champ.  I'm not even sure if the rest of your Diplomats brethren is with you on this one.  Your team was dead last in the division last year by far and produced one of the worst teams known to man that ever existed in the NFL, ever.

Not to mention you yourself with your prediction was an embarrassment to any rational fan that were logged onto NT.  Fast forward about a year later and we find you making the same mistake that led to you and your teams downward spiral around this same time.  My advice to you, cool your temperament, lower your expectations, and just fly under the radar as quiet as possible.  Nothing wrong with having a humble demeanor.

I agree

Now I want to see what they do in the draft.

The Glory Days: 1980-1991, 3 Super Bowl trophies, 4 Conference Championships, 4 NFC East Titles, and 6 playoff appearances.

I'd consider those to be glory days.

with some wise words on the Desean situation:  http://mmqb.si.com/2014/04/02/richard-sherman-desean-jackson/

Was DeSean supposed to then say, “Thanks guys, but now that I’m a millionaire, please leave me alone”? Even if he wanted to, he wouldn’t have. In desperate times for people who come from desperate communities, your friends become your family. I wouldn’t expect DeSean to “distance himself” from anybody, as so many people suggest pro athletes ought to do despite having no understanding of what that means. Going to college and playing in the NFL creates a natural distance, but we can’t push people away just because they’re not as successful as us. I can’t change who I grew up with, but what I can do is try to educate them on the right way of doing things, help them when they need it, and try to keep them out of trouble.

There is, of course, a tipping point. There have been times when I realized that someone can’t be helped, because they continue doing the wrong things. Typically, the only time I cut someone off is when they’re in jail, because I can’t help them there.

And if they’re accused of a crime, as DeSean’s friends have been, should that reflect poorly on me? Consider that for every several guys I try to help who end up dead or in jail, there’s another person I was able to rescue from a similar end. Should I give up on everybody out of fear of being dirtied by the media?

People tend to be friends with individuals that are within 15% of their income level. Of course you can push people away! (Half sarcasm)

The problem with this is it is making the assumption that DeSean was cut because of gang related activities. I'm more inclined to believe that his poor work ethic and attitude was rubbing off on the younger players, and Chip didn't want one of our best players setting a poor example for the rest of the team. That's just my guess which, although I'm not necessarily okay with it, it's reasonable and justifiable.

If that's the case that's obviously fine...  But they didn't need to leak the rumors and such that they did, if so.

I believe it was Schefter that reported that it was due to work ethic and poor attitude

The gang stuff was on Desean; he was the one throwing that stuff on Instagram for the masses to see and the media ran with it

Desean had his best season under Kelly in an offense that was much more balanced than Reid's; Chip believes his system makes the players and not the other way around.
