A few weeks ago, Chip was seen with an unidentified "brunette woman" at Headhouse Crab and Oyster Co. on South Street in South Philadelphia. A few outlets like WIP had mentioned it, but never went into much detail. Well, thanks to a viewer email, we may have finally identified that woman.

From the email:

"I was at a reunion in a Eugene a few weeks ago and "How is Chip doing?" came up, He had just been in town and there was some speculation that he came to town to let Jill know it was over.  We felt she was a bit of a distraction when they lived together here. Jill is a bit dramatic person and very focused on herself. Chip did stop her from going to away games as she was a distraction.  One story at our reunion was of  how someone took "her" parking spot at the NovaCare complex last summer and she totally melted down. She is an alumni of the U of O and there are many stories of her time on campus too."
