NFL teams didn't care if Collins reportedly passed a lie detector test Thursday night, or that he and his attorney supposedly had been working the phones trying to convince NFL front offices he wasn't the father of Mills' child.
He can sign now. But every team is waiting for him to be cleared. This story is crazy.
If he's not a considered a suspect and fully cooperated, what's the holdup? Shouldn't he be able to sign with a team now?
