Kirk is a weird one because he's not bad but do we really think he is going to take them to a championship? As a titans fan I truly believe tannehill is better, but I also understand why we need to get someone else.

That’s kinda why I think it’s time to move on and take advantage of the plethora of available QB’s this off-season. I think the team has reached its ceiling with Kirk. Cut him, get a cheap young Qb and build that defense. They gotta pay JJ

From what I understand, they'd get more cap space extending Kirk than cutting him (which wouldn't happen anyways). His numbers have been respectful, especially with the circumstances. I just wish he didn't have stone feet in the pocket. He needs a good O-line to thrive which the Vikes haven't had in a while.

If yall really pay attention to Vikes games, you'd see that he's constantly taking pressure and hard shots. His toughness is underrated. He doesn't get a pass though cause people are so programmed to bash him instead. All immediate focus should be on that defense. Scheme and personnel.

People act like good QBs grow on trees. Look at the divisional round - all 8 QBs were drafted by their organization (7/8 if you consider Pornstar Jimmy as SF's #1 if healthy). Wild Card Round was 9/12 if you look at their healthy QB1s during the season.

Basically if you're not able to draft an elite QB then you have to roll with guys like Kirk, Carr, the non-drafted QB's from WC weekend, etc. and chances are they aren't going to be Top 10. It's tough, man.

You're 100% correct.

Which makes it even more ridiculous Baltimore won't pay theirs.

But yea, let's blame Kirk for everything

I think it's his baby momma and judging my her post I think it's an old picture/video

But come on man lol. This dude needs help.

I'm all for a dude getting top and smashing and I'll defend it but posting it is not the move.

Does he think showing that makes her look bad?? He still mad her the mother of his kids. This dude a dummy.

It's just a dumb look in general.

If you wanna keep those videos private that's one thing. No one wants to see this though lol.

Kids friends are gonna torture those poor kids man.

Snapchat is at blame too though. He's done this in the past . Just delete his ***.

I actually think Kirk will get extended again to create some cap space. I think Dalvin, Thielen, and Za'darius may get cut or traded to create even more room. We'll see though.

I think Hunter is in the trade mix as well...They're gonna need to trade good players to get some more picks. They have so many holes to fill, it's ridiculous. They can certainly save a lot of money getting rid of the 3 you mentioned though. I think they hang onto Kendricks for leadership though his play declined significantly. They need to shore up the Oline with a couple FA's (to ensure its players that immediately contribute and makes that unit better) imo and bring in another receiver to make sure the O is still clicking because that's the only way they have a chance to compete next season.

Hey Jamal Murray did the same thing lol

Theirs who is rumored to want a fully-guaranteed $250M+ when 7 of the 10 QBs with guarantees over $100mil entering this season missed the playoffs.

I knew this was going to come up  Again, I thought I was crazy the past weeks as I've been coming with reasons they wouldn't sign him but since this has emerged as one the main topics on the sports show cycles, all the former players/coaches/GMs (several of them former Ravens) have echoed all of my sentiments/concerns. My takeaways from the the past two days

They should pay him but the FO just might be hesitant about committing that much to him in which case then just trade him like Houston did DW4.

Piggybacking off that - the guarantee is the holdup. LJ8 wants his money fully guaranteed and is pointing to Cleveland and DW4. So now they are saying Baltimore might wait to see what happens with folks like Herbo and Burrow and their next deals to see if their contracts are fully guaranteed or not so they can say "DW4 was the exception not the new standard". It less about football and more about committing long-term cash.

They also talk about how the Ravens are traditionally run heavy and the offense is tailored to him but getting the outside pieces may be difficult if they pay him all that money - DHop was mentioned as a potential target but I am not sure if that is financially feasible.

Tim Hasselbeck was actually on his 651akathepaul 651akathepaul grind and said that Lamar already peaked
