That's a relief. The last purchase I ever tried to make from them was for a pair of Asics they collabed on and those got canceled swiftly, but tied my money up for a minute. I don't remember them holding carts back then tho... Is that new?

if you are using a bank issued visa/master card you need to call their 800 number to let them know you are buying something.

They made some changes to their homepage a while ago but I'm no expert on things like that. But so far whenever they let me check out and I got an order confirmation, they came through, even if they're website crashed.
