Nah, there was a 100 shoe run of the 3M Fire Red with the wack looking 23.

Huh? Originally Jordan was the only one with the 23. Public version didn't release with the number until 2000 Laneys I think

this sounds right. I cant recall any 23 retros before Laneys dropped.

I started taping the 23's on my old 5's after I failed with ze knife. About as evil as Mars Blackmon on the 4.

I liked it, in the original bold team font on the OG PE's & FR's. But honestly, I rather it just be blank.

The font on the Retros has always been horrible IMO.
