It’s flat it has no soft texture, the look of texture is printed on. Not the nubuck on the 2013s or any Jordan’s that I am familiar with.

Dont know if I should wait for the US release. I just want to have them and not risk a botched US drop after wanting them for so long but I will be really angry I miss a possible sale here. There is WAY too much dropping this season to pay full price for an on sale shoe.

They left out alot of details..no nubuck and no glitter sole shank. Thats what happens when you mass produce. They disnt make nearly as many 2013 pairs

Ok so the OG has somewhere along the way mated with the Ultra but we are going to have to live with it. I’m not doubling up on these though, as I have my 13s which are still good. We should contact Nike and tell them to sort this out for the next release. I get the point about the palm trees but while the width could be bearable it is the depth of the veins (the way they stick out) not the the width as much that make them look a little off the way they should be. You have to be standing a few meters away not to see the depth of the veins. I’m still buying one pair as I said, but for sure this release has considerably more plastic on them, which is a shame as it makes the shoe look cheap. I might be a geek and weigh them against the 13s lol then again maybe not.

The AMP has had a soft suede like nubuck historically, this certainly is nothing like that it’s is hard, flat and sealed like leather.

It’s not the same, the griffeys I bet feel vaguely soft, this stuff is hard and rigid.
