After my first run in a VF, my calves felt it much more than normal. Granted, I was recovering still from a rather hilly run a few days prior, so maybe that's it. But in general, do you guys find the VFs to be harder on the calves?

Please enlighten me. Why glue down your insole? I’ve never heard of such a thing.Vaporfly 4% flyknit- just got my pair and I noticed the left shoe insole was very easy to remove. The first version didn't have this issue...Shoe goo seemed to have fixed it. I'll test it out later
