I was a kid back in the day that had cheap parents that didn't wanna spend a **** ton of money on gaming consoles that were expensive........which at the time was the Gamecube (hell, I remember my pops at that time said that the PS2 was a better deal for its price tag because it doubled as a DVD player........which we did end up getting a PS2).

We did get a Wii though because the Wii did its job an appealed to the specific demographic it targetted.........middle-aged women (my mother bought the Wii when it first came out).

Granted, my lazy *** could've gotten some gamecube games then due to the Wii's backward compatibility with the Gamecube........but I didn't learn about that until a year later after the Wii released, which at that point I have progressed over to the Xbox 360 realm and PC gaming (Diablo III came out around this time as well)

This could've been one of the GOAT GameCube games, but Microsoft bought Rare and it got cancelled. To this day, Microsoft sucks for doing that

I traded in that black Friday 3ds and used the credit towards it. So I ended up paying 80 something. Not bad.

Watched the trailer for Sonic Forces and idk about it. Sega hasn't made a good sonic game since Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. The most recent one I played was Unleashed and that was really boring. The ones after that have gotten bad reviews too.
