NT, Do you eat right? Vol. I dont

nope. i think i CAN if i really put pressure on myself, but for whatever reason i don't do it. i gotta cut down on late night snacks and drinks....thedrinks part i think i can do. but the late night snacking is gonna be tough

weight is not an indicator of your overall health. being skinny does not mean you're healthy. in fact, I read in the new york times, that, skinny people(or should I say 'healthy') are the ones who come down with diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. most frequently and that the 'big'people only suffer more from cardiovascular diseases when compared to these "healthy" people -- that's it.
