That's whatever. I've never done keeper for football, but for basketball we just drafted then before the next season started, decided onthe players we wanted from last years roster then drafted again...But I'm not impartial to any way, so whatever everyone else wants I guess.

12 means more competition. Less players available...Implements more importance to the draft...Then again, it's only an extra two teams. I don'tcare....
