He was just able to turn the speed and blaze them with his speed. They had been playing MMAagainst him all night, he finally was able to get enough space to make it happen.

Nah dog, I don't care if he was the Flash combined with Speedy Gonzalez, no NBA playoff game should be won on a layup. Thats a lack of toughness, strategy, and intelligence.

%$+%@@+ $@%#+$! on a hundred thousand...dollars.

yeah nothing's wrong there. league is just fine

the heat are known as a defensive team so they get away with grabbing, reaching in, and hacking. just like the celtics

stars like dwight and melo must hate not getting the same treatment
add ron artest to this list

It's easy to say that someone should have knocked Rose down and not give up the lay-up... except then they get a flagrant foul and cost their team the game.

The league is different, nothing the players can do about it.

considering how well all the world championship guys have done this year..

who missed out the most not getting those 'trail by fire' reps?

(my biggest reason i'm not overly concerned about the lack of experience durant, westbrook or rose have in the later rounds of the playoffs)

yeah ron def belongs on that list. does battier hack?

i don't think they would call a flagrant in that position but who knows with this corny soft league nowdays

Yeah the league is soft and catering to the casual basketball fan, but basketball is basketball. If you watch that play, two things could have happened: Jones bump or grab at Rose instead of letting him run by him and, Granger could have hedged over faster. Dude barely contested the shot and he was right there. YOU ALWAYS SUPPOSE TO PROTECT THE RIM. No excuse for that. And this is nothing against the Bulls because they are my adopted team right now, but I hate watching bad soft basketball.

Lebron beat the Piston's with a lay up in Game 5 of the ECF before, i doubt Detroit was lacking any of those combined things.  Sometimes great players can make plays like that happen.
Lakers better come out with a W tonight, get the home court advantage back.

why is there a big guy always dancing? Reminds me the fan in Eddie with the Knicks logo on his stomach.

What is this I hear about the Rockets looking at Dave Joerger (asst. from the Grizz) for the head coaching job?

That's the one coach I don't want to leave.

While Kurt Rambis is expected to be fired, it remains uncertain when the decision will be announced, several league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

One Wolves player told Yahoo! Sports that Rambis’ game plans were often confusing and the coaching staff didn’t seem to be on the same page.

Ownership may wait on firing Rambis until the CBA is resolved to save money on a new hire.

   Mike Brown?

I vote we take a hot tub time machine back to 2005 and never fire Flip Saunders.

Another guard? Eh, i'd hope for Kanter if I were them.
The Kings still need a legit PG to run the offense. But they need to stay in Sacramento first.

Kyrie is a legit PG. Brandon Knight isn't even a 1 at the next level IMO. You want another combo guard to go with Tyreke Evans in the backcourt?
