Los Angeles Dodgers left-hander Hong-Chih Kuo was flawless in his second outing on rehab Sunday, and will be activated for Tuesday's game at Cincinnati, reports ESPNLosAngeles.com's Tony Jackson.

Kuo will likely take the roster spot of reliever John Link, and the Dodgers' bullpen can sure use the help. As a group, manager Joe Torre's firemen have allowed 15 earned runs and have record just one save and one hold in 22 1/3 innings of work.

Left-handed batters haven't bitten the Dodgers yet, but with George Sherrill struggling and both Russ and Ramon Ortiz scuffling along as well, Kuo's effectiveness versus hitters from both sides of the plate will be a welcome addition.

Keep Link, DFA the Ramon Ortiz. Put Monastarios on the DL and then call up Bellisario.

Good to see Kuo back, just gotta stay healthy.

I'd also like to see Haeger in the bullpen - if we ever make a move for another starter.

Is Ardolis still in the minors?

I hope Ned is smart enough to keep Haegar around.

There's a lot of value in having a guy who can pitch almost any time and can get guys out at least sometimes.

Having a knuckleballer as the permanent 6th starter works out perfectly.

Nah, but I like Haeger - the thing is the knuckleball thrives in humid %+$ weather (that's why he went beastmode in Florida). Also, a change in the wind can impact the movement on the ball, good or bad.

He'd be good for a couple innings in the bullpen, other than that I don't see him hanging on too long in the starting rotation.
