That actually looks like a decent lineup. Someone on the wing who plays defense would be helpful.

We got like 10 new players and got rid of the whole team.. This is technically a new team
Walsh Says Knicks Will Have Cap Space For Carmelo, Paul
The Knicks believe they will have the cap space to sign possible free agents Carmelo Anthony in 2011 or Chris Paul in 2012.

New York's insistence on no more than two guaranteed years for point guard Raymond Felton has given them the cap-space flexibility to offer one maximum contract for 2011 and another one for 2012, Knicks president Donnie Walsh told The New Post on Saturday.

I just wanna clap for Walsh
Knicks On Verge Of Signing Russian Center
Jul 11, 2010 9:19 AM EST

The Knicks are on the verge of signing Russian free-agent center Timofey Mozgov, according to a source.

The expected three-year deal is worth $9 million.

According to the source, the Knicks are still waiting for clearance papers from FIBA and his Russian team.

New York must pay his Russian team Khimik $500,000.

And to my Knick fans don't forget the summer league game today @ 4PM on MSG

We gota be one of the youngest teams in the league now, no? Nobody over 27 years old.

That in itself is an accomplishment for this franchise.

Will is not a legit 2 guard, he's a 3. The writing has been on the wall for a while that he's the odd man out. Which is too bad.

Interested to see how Walker and Douglas look today.

If this Russian dude can play defense, run the floor, and not spread communist propaganda, I can dig this signing.
