Shaq says he and Kobe would have dominated Warriors. Thoughts?

I agree. Regardless of which era rules are played. Shaq would go no less than 60 and 30 being guarded by Draymond.
They had a ton of issues with Sacramento and GSW's offense has a similar idea and better players.

There certainly won't be any dominating :lol

Bonzi gave him trouble cause he was bigger. Smitty Pip...hell nah. GS got a buncha frail boys. He was giving KD work way past his athletic prime.

You sure you want to Pull up 2012....OKC vs LAL series #'s 8o

Kobe was GREAT that year btw. Y'all going stop fronting on Kevin Durant like he not one of the greatest players of recent.
Meh, Kobe had a great start to the lockout season, but declined as the season went on understandably. But you take into account it was like his 16th season, then it was great.

I think you have your years mixed up. That was his worst season other than his first couple years as a teenager and his post-Achilles years. He was a low-efficiency chucker that year. Out there going 3-21 and 3-20 and 6-28 and 4-15 and 5-18 and 7-25 and 9-31 and 7-24 and ****. :x Leading the league in usage at almost 36% (top 10 highest ever in a season) even though he was shooting like **** and had Pau and Bynum on his team. :lol That season was just flat out selfish. He was much better the next year in '12-'13.

I think he had some type of knee injury that year. Came back with the fresh re-up and steroid stains on the forehead next season killing everything

Shaq and Kobe would get their numbers...But the Warriors style of play, Shaq wouldn't be able to run that much lol.

Probably get frustrated and try to knock out Pachulia.

Al Horford has been so good lately but I didn't realize that at 5apg that he joins only 2 other Centers in League History.....

Can you name the Centers?

no homer, but dray would lock shaq up
ineffective 30/20
Dray can't. People need to stop overrating his defensive ability. Hes got quick and big hands for his size but thats it. He gives you trouble around the basket, but undersized. Shaq would eat him like BBQ chicken. Either he fouls out or gets kicked out of the game for a few techs. Most likely the latter.

dray is like dennis rodman. he would give shaq fits. make him work for every bucket and positioning everytime down the floor. lets not pretend shaq was taking his breaks on the other end. him having to guard the perimeter would tire his big *** out

True dat

Thing is Warriors success is pretty much predicated on them hitting 3s at a higher than normal rate. We saw last year how they struggled when those shots didn't fall in the playoffs. They did go scoreless the last 4 minutes of the finals and had struggled mightily against OKC's length. Lakers had enough capable defenders to do that to some degree and the two best players on the floor.

It wasn't just the stiffs Shaq have work to. You're talking about HOF defenders who he treated like ragdolls.
