I can see The thunder having a great playoff season again like in 2012
They beat the Mavs the defending champs that year
They beat the lakers the defending champs from the year before
and they went in and took the Spurs out, after being down 0-2.

They can beat the warriors, how fast is the real question.

KD's about to prove why he's the best in the game today and a top 5 talent ever with this playoff run.

Steph ain't dead.

At the end of the day, Steph, Klay and draymond >> Russ and KD. You can throw going big out of the window. You can't count on Mion to be great every game this season.

They've never been able to slow KD. People probably forget the game he hurt his foot in, he had 30 in the first half

OKC's defense is food

this. think the stars will get theirs in this series. problem for okc, w's will get contribution from the supporting cast. i just can't bank on roberson, waiter, serge, kanter to be consistent throughout the series.

both team got two top 10 guys on their rosters, however, the w's also have the best SG

If you want to debate whether Amare belongs in the league that's a different subject all together.
As it relates to Whiteside/Bosh being injured and Amare not only currently in the NBA but on the Current Heat roster as the only Center, he should have played, and would help helped.
Now we can debate whether he would have helped and why but I already know your answer and you have mine.
My opinion> Your opinion, IMO

Dion has been relatively great for OKC this playoff run. You would hope that that continues.

OKC is going to go big and hopefully GSW misses jusstttt enough shots between Iggy and Harrison to justify them staying Big. Hoping that the board advantage for OKC is also grand enough to justify staying big.

And  KD is a 6'11 steph so KD > Steph.

This. Plus, why the hell wouldn't he belong in the league? He still is a quality player. Unless someone is a casual observer of the sport, no one ever said that he is a defensive stopper, but he has been solid this year, he's not the athletic powerhouse he once was, but he is still a decent player.

IDK, has any team ever beat GS by going big and pounding them on the glass? TT grabbed every Cavs offensive board in the finals but couldn't find shooters in transition D and was therefore still a big - player despite rebounding everything. They play lineups where all 5 players are threats to grab a d board and push. Adams and Kantner toing to be food unless they can do enough work to force GS to play Bogut, Ezeli, and Varajeo more. Needs Adams to just stay in the dunker's spot and catch dumpoff passes and lobs off pick and roll all series

If we try to run/score with them, hopefully we get some Morrow in this series

You said it, it's likely they are casual observers.
He belongs in the NBA without question.
I'm not big on PER in most cases but as it relates to this it's entirely fitting.

PER of average NBA player is 15.
PER of an Amare who doesn't belong in the League, 17.38.

Dion has been serviceable but that won't cut it against a team with GSWs depth

And having to double Steph 6 feet past the three point line >>> being 7 feet tall. Either way, we are in for a treat tonight

lol no lie about 3-4 years ago i used to say steph was a 6'3 KD.

Payne can't play this series, maybe opposite Barbosa but Livingston is going to give him or whoever that work in midrange on post ups. Probably have to guard him with Dion really and dust Singler off to put on Iggy :x who is interesting this series. He isn't good enough for you to dedicate Andre to him, plus he is a sub and you can't really play Dre with lineups other than the starters, and as last series we don't even employ a backup 3. You can go small and call Dion that and pair him with Foye and Payne but again, Livingston is eating either of them. Probably just have to stagger and keep KD opposite him.

OKC is def going to run that Adams/Kanter.
I just hope Billy doesn't get discouraged if it doesn't seem effective at first.
They're going to have to stick with it until they've won or lost 4 and here's why: OKC has the rebound advantage whether they go big or not, the real advantage is going to come from them banging Bogut/Dray for 48 minutes win or lose. It might not show as a plus in game 1-2 but trust it will. Bogut is used to playing 20 mpg against OKC, and the other 28 teams as well. Dude is nursing a limp hip so he's not going to be able to keep up. He needs to be punished immediately, I see game one being a win but I won't be discouraged if it's game 2 instead. Adams/Kanter will 100% work though.
