ahah I feel like that rule varies the most from court to court, and every day there is a newbie who gets heated because his "and-1!" call didn't count.

Where I’m at we’ll say “and 1” like acknowledging that you fouled me but I’m live enough to still finish. So it really doesn’t mean anything

well really it varies from court to court, some courts cats play ones and twos like Neanderthal savages, and some more refined and dignified folks play all 1's and the truly enlightened play 2's and 3's.
